My Review:

I enjoyed reading What To Eat When and was eager to read The What To Eat When Cookbook. While the first book gave readers an insight on how eating certain foods can have either positive or negative effects in your life, this book is full of great recipes to help us on the journey of living a healthier lifestyle.

I know I have added a few pounds since quarantine began and this was a great book to help me work on my weight loss. I really liked that along with the recipes there are tips and information to help you stay on track. I liked that it touched on meal prepping. That has really helped me not go straight to the junk food.

I give The What To Eat When Cookbook 4 stars. I liked that this was a cookbook filled with many healthy options and even a chocolate mousse. It will give readers food options while explaining why certain foods are good and when to eat them. I will definitely be using this cookbook.
