My Review:

The Wellness Empowered Woman is a conversational self-help book in which the author uses personal experience and research to give sound advice on how to live a Passion Fit life.

Reena is like many women who are struggling to find a balance between their personal and professional lives. So, she uses her own experiences to give advice about living a happier and even more efficient life. She focuses on career topics and pushing for what works for you and also touches on mental health which is sometimes overlooked. I appreciated the chapters that had tips to control anxiety.

Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I give The Wellness Empowered Woman 4 stars. It’s informative and conversational which I think will appeal to readers. I love when advice can be backed up with personal experience. If you are struggling to find balance in your life, you should definitely give this book a try.
